Frequently Asked Questions

We're looking for senior leaders from central government who are driving digital transformation in their councils. This includes Chief Executives, CIOs, Chief Digital Officers, Directors of IT, Heads of Digital Transformation, and other C-suite decision-makers with real-world experience tackling the challenges facing local authorities today.

Share what's actually working in your department. We want practical case studies, honest lessons learned, and real strategies you've implemented – not theory. Topics include digital transformation, AI adoption and automation, data strategy and architecture, cyber security and resilience, legacy modernization, capability building, cross-departmental collaboration, and whole-system change. If you've navigated a challenge that other departments are facing, we want to hear about it.

Sessions include main room presentations, panel discussions, fireside chats, and breakout sessions. You might deliver a solo 20-minute presentation, join a panel with fellow central government leaders, or participate in a moderated discussion. We'll work with you to find the format that best fits your experience and comfort level.

No. Speaking at CGPN is complimentary. We cover your attendance for both days, including all sessions, networking opportunities, meals, and accommodation. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with peers and solution providers addressing the same challenges you face.

Beyond your presentation or panel session (typically 20-45 minutes), you're encouraged to stay for the full two-day event. This gives you the chance to learn from other speakers, network with fellow senior leaders, explore innovative solutions from our sponsors, and participate in the broader conversation about digital transformation in local government. Many speakers find the networking and peer connections just as valuable as presenting.
