Paul heads the Change Delivery in the Matrix Programme – a large cross government programme that is part of the Shared Services for Government Portfolio. The programme is rolling out a new ERP system, as well as new service provision for HR and Finance across several Departments.
Previously he led change and transition in the Export Support Service Programme in DBT. A large Government technology programme moving services for exporting businesses into a new management and support system.
