Keith is Chief Digital Information Officer at the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS), Scotland’s independent prosecution service. He leads digital and information services across a national justice system organisation, with responsibility for strategy, delivery, cybersecurity, data, and major transformation programmes. Keith brings extensive senior executive experience across government and wider public sector, with a strong track record of translating digital ambition into delivery and improved organisational and citizen outcomes. His current priorities include modernising casework systems and scaling AI, data analytics, and automation from pilots to sustained enterprise and systemlevel impact. He holds an MBA, with Project Management.
